What I Mainly Do…

  • Massage therapy with 21 years experience: Deep tissue/Sport therapy (limited availability-Tahoe City location only)
  • ​Craniosacral therapy (CST) with 18 years experience and the only Upledger certified Craniosacral therapist in the area. Educated with advanced trainings for pediatric and adult populations.
  • SomatoEmotional release:A byproduct of Craniosacral therapy which helps release trauma from the body in a supported gentle way.

I'm obsessed with education, the inner worlds of our bodies, and the art of therapeutic touch.  
I LOVE Massage and Craniosacral therapy. The art of massage has always been a passion of mine. Adding Craniosacral therapy has been a beautiful journey of learning how to best support my clients. Through my trainings, I have been to the depths of my own self, and supported many others on their healing journey. This allows me to support my clients in a neutral and supportive way, no matter what the situation is. 

I've been a massage professional for 21 years and Certified Craniosacral therapist for 6, with 18 years of Craniosacral training.  

Current happenings:

3/16/25 Returned from Bellingham WA after a long weekend CST clinical applications for Immune response class with the fabulous teacher Tim Hutton. It was so fun and rewarding to facilitate sessions alongside Tim and his fabulous TA Megan.  Tim was my first CST teacher back in 2007!

 10/25/24  I finished the Craniosacral Immune response curriculum. I have completed five 4 day long seminars on the subject of the Immune system, indications for CST and integrating into treatment for  immune  system issues. This  has been a 4 year build, as well as monthly study groups for the past 4 years to get the most up to date info on the incredible immune system! 

10/6/24 Just returned from Portland OR after completing the 4th class of the 4 core Visceral Maniuplation courses.  Wow! I'm excited to integrate this information and some of these powerful techniques.
