I fell in love with massage and Craniosacral therapy from the start. The art of massage has always been a love of mine, Craniosacral therapy has been a beautiful journey of learning how to best support our clients. I have been to the depths of my own self, and supported many on their healing journey so I am able to support your deep work.

Current happenings:
10/6/24 I just returned from Portland after completing the last quarter of the 4 core Visceral Manipulation courses. That was amazing and added a lot of value into my practice and palpation library. I traveled to Denver, San Francisco, and Salt Lake in the past few years for these valuable classes.
10/25/24 I am finishing up the Craniosacral Immune repsonse curriculum. I will have completed five 4 day long seminars on the subject of the Immune system, as well as monthly study groups for the past 4 years to get the most up to date info on the incredible immune system!
